[BlindTlk] accessible cable TVs

Hi Madison,
All the smart TV I’ve seen do have accessibility features built into them.
As for cable companies the only in the United that I know that
accessibility features built in to the cable box Comcast/Xfinity. I act
heard and seen demonstrated few years back.
