Hello Raul and everyone,
I'll second the VLC Media Player. It plays just about any audio or video file you can throw at it. In addition to the desktop version VLC Apps exist for Apple, Android, and devices running the Google Assistant. We have it running on all of them as well as on our Sony TV.

This is correct. In addition, I highly recommend the free and accessible VLC media player as a default player for windows and mac. It is a very versatile player and in my opinion, comes almost close to what I used to have with winamp. It will certainly play the m4a formatted files including lots of other video files as well.
