[BlindTlk] burns and flour

According to Staff who helps me, burns can be kept covered in flour she
did it overnight and next morning had no burn at all.  From what she told
me, a serendipidy situation happened where a man got burnt bad and none of
the normal things to cover burns were available so he got a bag of flour
covering him for the burns.
I don't know how many degrees a burn has to be before flour won't clear it
though.
