[BlindTlk] an old eliptical

I've got one in the basement and have been using it. The mechanicals are
fine and the electronics don't work. So I figured out I can do sets of 30
revolutions of the wheel and have short rest periods between sets. Last
three times I've managed 4 sets with different after-effects from the
exercise. Usually I'm light-headed after the exercise and thigh muscles
are complaining but last time the exercise actually got aerobic for me.
I'm doing this every other day in a bid to get my A1c and blood sugar down
and maybe loose a little weight too. So long as we keep honest track of
our sets we can make progress on these machines with no need for
electronics as long as all of the mechanicals work.
