Hello Justin, I'm sorry that I can't help you out in terms of tea makers as
I tend to boil water on the stove or use my electric kettle which are
better methods and heating water in the microwave, I think!!
In terms of the Keurig machines, I have the K Select model which is very
accessible as there isn't a touch screen. The layout of the machine is
quite simple with a power button, another button to control how strong you
want your coffee and four buttons to brew various amounts of coffee
including a travel mug size to a small cup. The buttons are different sizes
which makes it quite easy to choose how much coffee you'd like.
You can also use the Keurig as a tea maker simply by heating water without
putting in a K-Cup but I don't want any trace of coffee flavor when brewing
tea. All in all, I like the Keurig, but I'm picky about which K-cups to buy
as the quality varies a great deal in my opinion. You can also buy cocoa,
hot cider and different varieties of teas in the K-Cups.
I don't mean to over-complicate things, but I also have a Nespresso
machine, and I think the quality is better than the Keurig, but the pods
are more expensive, and I also like some K-cup flavors that aren't
available for the Nespresso. The Nespresso machine is also quite accessible
and many models come wiht a milk frother.

As for your Instant Pot, I have the model that works in conjunction wiht
the iPhone, but I've seen messages from many blind people who use them
successfully without the iPhone app. Once you learn the layout of the
buttons, it's really quite easy.
Happy shopping, and I hope this message was helpful.
