Me too, Judy. The last three computers I've purchased, I've been able to set up completely alone. I've always installed my own jaws. When I first started using jaws in 1999, I didn't even know there was such a thing as tech support to help me install it. lol. I've come a long way.

Hi,

My old Toshiba was replaced with a Dell about three years ago, and, out of the box, the Microsoft Narrator came on, and I was able to set up Windows on my own.

I,ve been installing Jaws myself, now, for years now.
