[BlindTlk] getting my own milk

I wasn't going to touch this at all but will offer two tips.
1) make sure the milk is cold and not lukewarm (easier to feel that way
with a finger).
Two, a clean bowl a little larger than a cup may be better than a sink
with the cup or glass in the bowl may be better to pour in since less milk
will be lost to the bowl as compared to the sink. The milk in the bowl
can be poured into the cup or glass as the milk level falls from drinking.
For milk in coffee, it's a good idea to pour milk into cup before putting
coffee in the cup. The reason for that is if the milk isn't already
curdled it won't curdle. Pouring cold milk onto hot coffee almost always
causes milk to curdle.
