[BlindTlk] Flying With Southwest Airlines

Hello Armando. Let me say that I absolutely love Southwest Airlines. For 
starters, if you are a guide dog user, and if you find yourself in a 
situation where you need to fill out the department of transportation 
forms, Southwest is extremely helpful. Sometimes, they don't even bother 
with asking for the form. What i do, is just take the filled form with 
me in case they ask for it. In terms of customer service, they are 
great. If you are coming to Houston, I would recommend flying into Hobby 
Airport, as this one is much better in my opinion. Not only is it 
slightly closer to the Hilton Americas hotel, but it is far easier to 
navigate in my opinion. Another plus about Southwest is that there are 
no assigned seats, so you can sit wherever you want. Plus, you don't 
have to pay extra for your checked luggage. In short, I would fly 
Southwest over any other airline whenever possible.
