[BlindTlk] Easy way to put on a slip-on glide tip with rubber shank.

Hi, Folks,

 

Well, after finally popping off the glide tip from my telescopic cane. I
found an easy solution to putting on the new one.

 

Bring a cup of water to boil in the microwave.  Drop the new tip into it for
about five minutes.  Drain the water from cup, then drain and dry off the
tip, and insert on bottom shaft of cane.  Temporarily heating up the rubber
temporarily allows some give in it for easier installation.
