Finally understand 80% of small businesses fail by the time they reach 5
years of age due to under-capitalization.
Either the business plan was bad from the get go or the owners took too
much capital out too early.
Living on resources other than what's used for the business for the first
five years if possible may help.
Credit unions tend to be helpful for small businesses.
