[BlindTlk] Skechers..

Totally agree with you, Steve. They don’t go well with dresses for example. No you probably shouldn’t wear them with a suit and tie either. But for every day they are practical for those of us who have foot problems. It’s easier to get the Dr. Schulz or whatever Support you need into. There are a bit more flexible on the sides as well so if you need other foot support or ankle support. I have the knock offs myself because I’m cheap. But they have been a godsend.
I agree, though if you are only Blind, you should be learning how to tie your shoes then why didn’t you get to be oh 50+ I think I’ll bet are off there. Not because of the blindness, but because bodies fall apart! I’d rather be able to slip my shoes on rather than have someone get down there to put them on in time for me. I want my husband to be my caregiver not paying somebody to get me dressed because I’m old lol
I did not know there were different kinds of sketchers. I just thought they were all tennis shoes. This is coming from probably the only woman in the world who hates to shop.

I hate, though, to see blindness with no other explanation used as a reason to buy hands-free or slip-on shoes. There are times when it can be a disadvantage to wear shoes that can slip on and then slip off too easily.
