[BlindTlk] Social Security over payment question

Hotfoot it to your social security office, because it is important that they get timely documentation from you. Give them a call, as they can document you have made contact.

Also, if you are working, I am wondering if you can't justify it down, examples, what your monthly transportation costs are for work, and if you have any work-related expenses you have been paying.

Subject: [BlindTlk] Social Security over payment question

Hello, sorry if this is off-topic or if I should not post this or if it’s unrelated to this particular list, but I am wondering what to do about an overpayment notice that I received from Social Security if I’m not able to afford to pay it back. Is there anyone who was knowledgeable about this and would be able to Give me advice or direction? Are there any advocates or lawyers or any type of way that I can question this? Thank you.
