Well sorry to hear bout all that mess!  i'd say  unbelievable but in this   day  and age it most certainly IS Not!

The case had the camera hole on the left and the phone’s camera was on the right.  
While the phone did have talkback on it, it had two versions of Spanish and Canadian-French and had no English on it at all.
One would have to know technical Spanish which is not taught in any language course I took.
I have a smart switch for galaxy on my iPhone but since no English I can’t pair with the Samsung it has to return to WalMart.
