My Fellow Veterans, 
It is time to hold a National Tele-Conference to discuss  the upcoming 
National Convention, our ongoing Raffle for which our Treasurer  Allen Bornstein 
will give a treasurers report and update on the raffle  progress. We need 
to discuss our Veterans Celebration on July 6, and any other  new business. 
We will have a table in the exhibit hall at National  Convention to sell 
our raffle tickets as well as our new NABV License Plates.  This year we will 
have our new Banners on Display. Don't forget that we have  election of 
Officers at convention this year.
