For those of you who have converted to the new Android phones there is a  
FREE app at the Google Play Store called  VOXDOX. 
It will take a photo of any text and convert it to the spoken word.
I just took a picture of my computer screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and 
 listened to it with VOXDOX.
It is free. Try  it, it is really cool.
