[blparent] Whining!

I tell my kids I cannot hear whining and to use a normal voice. If
it persists I ask if they need to go calm down for a few minutes in
their room or a designated spot.
Harder in public. I cannot carry Clara and use a dog she is just too
heavy so we stay put until she stops or a privilege is taken away.
It's not easy though.
