Please do.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find something that suits 
your needs.  The nice thing about the public school Gab goes to is that it 
is considered a blue ribbon school.  It has really high test scores in this 
state.  Lots of people are always trying to buy houses in this neighborhood. 
So when a house comes on the market, it usually is swept up quickly. 
Another bonus for me is that the school bus is very close for us to walk to. 
That is important to me since my husband leaves before she goes to school 
and  well, I don't drive. V
