[blparent] message about list privacy

they may be located on the NFB site, but people don't have to "only look 
there" to find the archives. have you ever tried Googling your own name? 
everything you've written on the internet will come up in the Google search 
results. if I Google my own name, I can find list posts I wrote 3 years ago, 
and professional documents that are nearly 10 years old.
