If the shoes have that little loop on the back, you can use a twist tie with
a bell from the craft section of Wal-mart or a pipe cleaner. Or, some Stride
Rite stores have the Keepties which you tie the shoe and stick the strings
inside the bells. They used to come in white, pink, and blue.
Also, there is a cute shoe called the Pip Squeakers which yu can get from
Amazon. Google that and you should find them.
