[blparent] Noisy shoes

I think I'm with you on the bells versus the squeaky shoes. my guide *loves* 
squeaky toys, and I don't know how it would be to have to train it out of 
him not to respond every time the baby squeaked. I think I'll go with the 
bells as well. any ideas on which types of bells work best and hold up well 
to wear and tear?
