[blparent] Noisy shoes

For both of my kids I used the tie keepers from stride rite.  I used them 
for my daughter til she was almost 3 and for my son he is still using them 
and will be 4 in june.  he likes having them on his shoes, he says it makes 
him feel special and that mommy and dustin love him and want to keep him 
safe.
