[blparent] helpful tip for spoon feeding

After some frustrating and lengthy feedings I started to make cereal thicker 
and found it easier to keep on the spoon.
Sorry, I didn't think to share. Most baby fruit is pretty thin especially 
pears, so adding the cereal is a good idea. I didn't think of that though.
Spoon feeding was pretty nerve racking but after a while you get the hang of 
it. And if it's messy well there's water and paper towels to clean the mess. 
I still feel self-conscious about feeding him when others are around.
