[blparent] Eyedrops?

Hi guys. 
Do any of you have any tips for administering eyedrops into a toddler? 
I may be making this harder then it is, but am extremely tired and
stressed right now. 
My little girl has pinkeye along with an ear infection which is also
causing vomiting. 
We've got the ear infection under control, and my husband has done the
eyedrops. 
I'm sure this won't be our first encounter with pink-eye so am looking
for tips. 
Bring 'em on.
