We monitor TV here.
Ash has watched TV this summer more then normal since I’m a little busy with Tiffany though I still take her out side and turn the set off for a chunk of the day.
I’ll admit I’m a little liberal with it in the summer some what since during the school year the TV is off till the weekend. And she only has TV time if she had a good week at school. Even with that I monitor what she views. We don’t allow Super hero cartoons and she recently gave me the silent treatment because I asked for a Toy replacement at BK since their promoting the new GI Joe movie.
We don’t allow much viewing of cartoons except for a few and stick mostly to Discovery kids, Nick, Animal Planet, and PBS. I don’t allow Cartoon network unless I can sit with her since there is no rime or reason for what is shown when.
OK jumping down from my soapbox. LOL
