[blparent] double strollers?

I have never seen these strollers, but am curious if they have a seat belt, 
or if you could make one for them. Maybe that would help prevent the kid 
from jumping out. Also, could one put one of the backpack leashes on their 
older kid, and keep it around their wrist, so that you would know if the kid 
was trying to get loose. Like I said I have never seen these types of 
strollers before, so not sure if any of this would work.
