Hello, Sherry.
I know of several couples who have adopted disabled children from
Korea, including my parents who adopted four disabled children from
Korea, myself included. I also know of a couple who adopted a little
girl who is blind from Thailand.
I was adopted through Holt, but that was 25 years ago. I would
have to ask around to find out what the other agencies were.
