Thanks Amber, nope, Nepal has not been explored much, but will add it to our
list :)
Hope that we don't have to climb a mountain to show them that we are capable
of parenting! LOL!
It feels that way sometimes...
We are not restricted to New York, in fact, a U.S. adoption would go much
smoother in terms of paperwork, travel and expenses. However, finding a
child in the U.S. that is blind or VI that does not have many, many other
medical problems has been difficult to find. It is very sad, but we are not
prepared or willing to be medical guardians, and really want a child that
can walk and talk...
