I believe the web address for Seedlings Braille Books for Children is

They sell books at the same price you would buy the print book. As the child 
gets older, often the books are Braille without pictures, so you have to 
make sure you are buying books with print and Braille and pictures, but this 
is a good site that is not pricy.
