Hi  moms and dads. 
I found this and am thinking of getting it for Melanie. 
Only problem is it says "not for children under three".

Thoughts? Is this a hard and fast rule? 
Melanie has a history of breaking toys that are too old for her, she
broke the doll stroller I got for her when she climbed into it and
failed. Fortunately she wasn't hurt, but the stroller had to be tossed.
