Hello to Tammy, Amber, Veronica, and gee, all of the other  helpful listers that commented about my calcium question:
I want to thank you all for taking the time to answer my question, and also, thank you for the great suggestions and info. I am actually lactose intolerant for everything, I can't eat yogurt, ice cream, milk,, cheese etc. Your suggestions on who to ask, and the possibility of taking the calcium supplement that is called, standard process, is interesting. I had also forgotten about almonds as well. I just asked my husband, who is also coincidently lactose intolerant if the calcium that we take also has magnesium in it, and he said that it does. You girls are so attentive, and helpful, and I really feel so grateful to have signed up here.
