Um, Amber, i hate to tell you this, but Tammy is right when she says that 
milk helps with heartburn and indegestion.  And, I don't know any pregnant 
women who stay away from milk entirely.  But, I do take a calciumk suplement 
everyday, twice a day along with my vitamins.
