[blparent] fruits and vegetables! Yuck!

That's weird!  Per serving 5 grams, that's alot.  If it stopped him up, he 
must not be drinking enough fluid. Weight Watchers recommends things made 
with pumpkin because of the fiber content.  I'm talking canned pumpkin, 
though, I don't know about the real macoy. smile! V
