My daughter's car seat has a strap on the back of it, so I just carry it on
my shoulder. If I go to a restaurant I ask if I can leave my car seat behind
the counter. Where I live has a lot of small restaurants though, don't know
if this would make a differene. I also have a cab drivers personal number,
so if I go somewhere with him he lets me leave the car seat in his cab until
he comes back for me. I have used this guy several times, and trust him.
