If you go online and read the label instructions it says you can store
prepared liquid concentrate formula for 48 hours and the powder prepared is
24 hours. I prefer the liquid concentrate for this reason that I only have
to make formula every 2 days which is nice because I have a really slow
stove for boiling water and it takes over an hour to make it. No I'm not
exaggerating it takes roughly a half hour just to heat to boiling. Not many
brands make ready made formula but, though I have never seen it Enfamil
claims to have it. That's what they used in the hospital so I know it exists
somewhere. The powder is great in a pinch and I do keep some on hand however
my son doesn't seem to be able to keep the powder as good as the liquid. He
gets way more gas on powder. I can give him the same brand of formula in a
different form and it affects him differently. So the liquid it is for me
for the most part.
