[blparent] fruits and veggies

Ever since Paul started talking six months after we got them he has had the 
choice of what he wants for meals.  Not always, of course, but quite 
frequently.  What four-year-old out there knows whas smorgesbord is?  He 
doesn't eat it often any more because smorgesbord doesn't fill him like a 
bowl of pasta or rice.
