[blparent] taking a baby some where

Vanessa,
When my daughter was a new born up until she was about a year I used a
snugli carrier. The snugli has a pouch for the baby to sit in, and then has
straps that go over your shoulders and buckles about at your side. Once my
daughter was to big for her snugli I used a stroller with a reversable
handle, so that I could pull the stroller behind me. Other blind parents
have used regular strollers, or a carier for older kids that you wear on
your back. I would carry my daughter in her carseat at times, but found that
to be the hardest way to do things.
