Hi Rebecca,

I am with Sprint and have a Motorola Moto Q9C with Mobile Speak. Both AT&T
and Verizon carry the Moto Q models. It's proven to be a reliable phone with
decent battery life even when using speech over Bluetooth. There are screen
reader solutions available for most Symbian and Windows Mobile devices, I
suggest you go the route of contacting an AT vendors who can demo their cell
phone accessibility wares, so you can get a feel for it and they should be
able to tell you which models and with which services are supported.

Regards,
-Mark
