Allie. I don't think you can get MobileSpeak from AT&T at the discounted 
rate unless you use one of their "included" phones. Having read the fine 
print on the site, it seems that they only offer MSP for $79 if you choose a 
select handful of their phones. It's definitely worth checking with them, 
though.
