[blparent] accessible cell phones?

There is an LG phone i have through Verizon, i think it is a 5300. I think 
it only cost me about $130.  I would like to have the other one, but I'm not 
sure i can aford it right now.  And, why on earth should you have to prove 
you are blind in order to get an accessible cell phone?
