[blparent] accessible cell phones?

I personally have had no issues with Verizon, and we've been with them for
over 4 years now. When I was with Sprint/Nextel, they were awful with
customer service and they told us so many lies about our plans and then
tried to charge us for it. We thought about switching to AT&T, but several
friends of ours said not to do it and that they were planning to switch back
to Verizon. This is just my experience. Maybe some have found good service
with AT&T, but it seems like I often have coverage when people with AT&T
don't. True Verizon sales reps don't know much about the accessibility, but
I just talk to people who know, like my friends the AT Guys, and get my info
from them. Then I know what to ask them for. I used to use an LG phone,
the 8360 I think? I thought it worked great for what I needed it for then.
I upgraded when I wanted to be able to text and use more features on the
phone like reading through my phone book, and sending emails and things.
But I did fine with the LG phone for a couple years.
