[blparent] accessible cell phones?

I am a long-time Sprint user, but I have to say that Leanne's observations were largely right on. However, Sprint seems to have really cleaned up customer support
during the past year or so. In all fairness, I am not sure that sales people actually lie, but plans have been and still are so complicated, unnecessarily so, that sales
people don't often know. This is a fact with all companies, but I think Sprint is still guilty of making things complicated with apparent artificial requirements sometime.
I have heard it said, though, that most people hate their current cellphone carrier. <smile>
