Yeah, you need to know your child's baseline both in skin texture and
temperature as wellas how your child behaves. When those things change,
you'll know, and you have a whole host of resources to advise. 
And, you'll have Mommy's instinct which never fails.

Hi,

It feels the same as when you get a rash, bumpy and hot!  If it's a bad
rash 
the baby will pull away from you when you touch it and or cry.  The best

thing I've found to treat diaper rash is a cream called parent's choice 
fromn walmart.  My first son used to get rashes all the time, but my
second 
son is almost 8 months old and has never had one.
