Hi,

Actually, I got stung when I bought a carseat thinking that it would have a
place for the seat belt to go through, and it turned out it didn't have one.
As a result I not only didn't have a safe way to take my baby to his first
doctor's appointment, I ended up spending money on a carseat I couldn't use.
So make sure the seat you get has the slots you need, because some
manufacturere don't put them in because they figure you will use the seat on
the base which isn't always the case.

hth
