[blparent] totally accessible timer

But it talks enough to get the accurate time down.  Actually, the only
really good one is my Braille and Speak. V

I think that's the one we have and I don't like it because not all the 
buttons talk to you to know what you've done.  I've never felt comfortable 
using it.  When we used to time bites of food, I put my Braille Lite in a 
plastic bag and used it.
