Hi, Vanessa and welcome to the list.  It can be overwhelming to find out you 
are pregnant, blind or sighted, and it's okay to have lots of questions. 
But don't worry about formula.  If you buy the powdered kind, which is the 
most common and least expensive, each can comes with a measuring scoop.  The 
scoop is the same size as the mouth of most standard bottles, so it's easy 
to level off the powder with your finger and then empty the scoop right into 
the bottle without spilling.  If you buy liquid formula, you can pour it 
from the can into a measuring cup and then add it to the bottle with a 
funnel so you don't spill.
