I wipe the whole area with a wipe and then use my hands to make sure the baby is clean. I use more wipes to clean areas that are still dirty. Make sure to pay special attention to the baby girl's cracks and the folds near a boy's penis. These collect poop and need to be wiped well. Remember that hands can be washed when they get messy.
