Anjelina. 
I'd suggest you think about what you want to do or get out of convention
and if your daughter would fit into that. If you want to attend
meetings, will she be okay with that or okay at camp? If not, are you
prepared to take time out of whatever it is you do to be with her? If
you want to have some late nights, will she be okay and if not, will you
be willing and able to meet her needs? Will you enjoy this or will you
be annoyed at missing something you really wanted/needed to do? 
Will you be in a position mentally and finantially to meet her needs,
given that costs always triple when you travel? 
Does your daughter travel well? If not, do you want this to be the time
you fnd out? 
Honestly, her sight or lack of sight isn't the issue at least not to me.
She's a toddler, and you need to figure out if her needs and desires are
compitable with yours on this trip.
