[blparent] latching on? (birthday cake)

Hi.  Isn't it funny how different kids are?  I expected Sarah to dive into 
her first birthday cake, but she just sat there and looked at it, and 
eventually very delicately picked the plastic balloons off the top and 
sucked the frosting from them.  That was it.  No mess to clean up, but no 
cute pictures, either.  I'm anxious to see what happens when we have her 
second birthday party in a few weeks.
