[blparent] our little one

Jo Elizabeth is totally right. I liked having someone sighted near-by to ask
questions to in the beginning, like "did I clean her well enough?" or "how
much milk did I pump into this bottle?," but it is important for you not to
feel as though you're being micro-managed. This will only impact your self
confidence, and make you feel more nervous and less capable as a parent.

Also, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but diaper changes do not get
easier! I mean, the mechanics of them do - like knowing whether the diaper
is on correctly - but all I can say is enjoy the immobility while you have
it, because most babies go through a phase when they fight and scream
through every. single. diaper change.
