[blparent] Carseats for children 1 year-old or older?

Unfortunqtely, that's just kind of the way it goes.  Unless things have 
changed, infant seats go up to about 22 lbs, toddler seats maybe up to about 
45, and after that, the kids use a booster seat.  Actually, come to think of 
it, Angelica's booster was 30 to 100, I think.  And, unless someone knows 
something diferent for how to do it, toddler seats aren't advisable on a 
bus.  at those weights, children can sit safely buckled in a stroller or on 
your lap.
